Niki changed the way that the com­pa­ny com­mu­ni­cat­ed with its employ­ees, mak­ing it friend­ly, per­son­able, under­stand­able and, where appro­pri­ate, humor­ous. This worked to recre­ate a cul­ture of trust, improv­ing the approach­a­bil­i­ty of the senior team and HR depart­ment, whilst also improv­ing employ­ee engagement.
